Mrs. Stockwell hosted sunday school and church services in her home until 1941 when a Mrs. Stockwell purchased a lot for the churhc for $1,000. Letter talks about Ruth Fisher Murray, who was converted by Stockwell and became a missionary in Africa. Letter concludes with listing the first pastor of the church as David Mitchell, who was ordained by D. S. Warner (unclear if Sr. or Jr.).
