This accession contains three boxes of hanging folders of Church of God Historical Society research notes. It also contains blown up images of Gospel Trumpet and Andersonian articles. Along with some loose programs and pamphlets and family scrapbooks.
Allie Fisher Allen Autobiography
Allie Fisher was an early Church of God evangelist and partner with D.S. Warner in establishing the earliest network of congregations that would comprise the Church of God (Anderson) movement. In her last year of life she narrated this autobiography. The manuscript resided for many years in the Gospel Trumpet Company (later Warner Press) building, unpublished, before being deposited in the Anderson University archives.

Letter contains C.F. Newman's personal reflection on her relationship with CHOG. She notes that the first preacher who her father heard was Allie Fisher. He was greatly impressed with her preaching. C.F. Newman also states that she loved the hymns and attending camp meetings.

Letter contains a brief summary of dates for the timeline of CHOG iin Levering, Michigan. It begins in 1893 with meetings conducted in a school house at Bliss. Then in unspecified dates it states a building was erected in Maple Grove and with baptisms taking place in a nearby dam. A church building was construced around 1900 with various pastors until William B. Wilder became the permant pastor in 1946.
