This is an artificial collection assembled by the archives of photographic prints of individuals and families when photographs are not part of larger collections. Photographs of individuals are sorted into files arranged alphabetically by surname. For several years there was a practice of photocopying prints that included multiple identified people and placing a copy in each folder.
