Church was started with cottage prayer meetings in 1932 until a church basement was rented. Church stopped work because of discourgament but began again in 1941 until a flood wrecked the basement and a building fund was started.

Scope and Contents The first part of the letter is a cover letter on the area of south central Missouri and the CHOG message was introduced around 1890. The actual contents of the letter detail facts about CHOG in Southwest Missouri, beiginning with the first established CHOG in Carthage, MO between 1885-87 with roots in a revival meeting by D. S.
