Letter refers to a book by John D. Green titled Pioneer Evangelists of the CHOG in the Pacific North West. The letter also mentions that A. L. Byers was the sister of John Green's mother and that Byers met D.S. Warner and accepted the Reformation truth. Continuing, J. P Haner and James Willis conducted meetings on John Green's property while revial meetings were conducted by George and Mary Cole and Lodema Kaser.

Letter contains information on CHOG movements around Morrisville, Mo in 1903 that was titled the Holiness Movement. The meetings were conducted in several locations including a school house, homes, and tents since there was no church buildings. There are mentions of persecution and divine healing was preached. The letter ends with the author claiming to have had a sanctiful life.
