"Although Mr. Sassoon's reputation as a poet is as well established, and his name as familiar, as that of any poet of his generation, his works are now published in a single volume for the first time. These 'collected poems' are compiled from eight separate volumes, to which are added some poems which have previously appeared only in periodicals" (from the jacket notes). A fine copy, in the scarce dust jacket.
