This folder includes a cover letter and contract addressed to John H. Kane from the builder of the house, Larry Withers. It also includes notes and specifications for the house to be built, including a sketch of the plot. Lastly, there is a booklet of "General Conditions of the Contract and Supplementary General Conditions".

This folder contains a sketched portait of John H. Kane, as well as two smaller photographs attatched to a notes page, and a photograph of the South Brookly church of God in Cleveland, OH where John H. Kane was a pastor alongside a photograph of some women singing and playing the organ.
