Scope and Contents
CHOG first introduced in the city by a Greek brother - C. A. Nicholas around thirty years before the letter was written.
Nicholas was converted under the ministry of Thaddeus Neff.
N. G. Zazanis converted under ministry of Nicholas.
Nicholas embraced doctrine of tongues.
The present congregation at the time of the eltter began in 1924.
R. E. Schmidt wrote to the Gospel Trumpet CO. concerning a religious tract: Arsenic Poisoning.
Visit by L. W. Guilford mentioned.
Meetings of the church conducted in homes. One of which was the home of Mary Norder where the group worshipped from 1929 to 1944.
Pastors who served.
A property was purchased for a parsonage in 1940, and an unused church building was rented and later purchased.
Pastor Forbes' desire to start a CHOG in Proud, Utah mentioned.
