Letter documents the history of the Spanish work of Church of God. Time frame skips the beginning of work but credits D. W. Patterson for his labor to the cause during the period when the letter was written. Mentions of missionary B. F. Elliot's work in Mexico detailing his request to the Gospel Trumpet to print Spanish literature and Elliot's wife, Georgia Cook. Creator of letter, William A. Bixler (also foreman in the composing room at The Gospel Trumpet Co.) writes his observation of Patterson's work with the Mexican people was in cooperation with Elliot's ministry.
