Letter touches on purchases, fundraising, and loans for a writers ministry. Letter begins with CHOG persons renting a house for worship and then later purchasing the property. Letter continues with the pruchase of a place of worship in Hart through the fundraising of Rev. Sister Halseth that originally was being used for a church in Shelby. Letter does not contain reason for why. There was also a loan that was borrowed, the last payment made was on June 22, 1943.

Postcard simply states that at the request of C.E. Brown, he has included a newspaper article that talks about a CHOG meeting in 1905. The postcard also states that C.E. Brown should try reaching out to N. H. Byrum as he may have other materials or information that could prove useful.
