Letter contains information on Charles Eldrige (pastor in Borlington) conducting meetings in private homes in Coldwater. Letter than describes tent meetings held in 1895 with J. L. Pike and a person of color pastor only identified with the last name 'Smith.' During this meeting, Nina Smith (no connection to previous Smith) was converted to Christianity and began ministry in her home as well as Sister Olmstead.
