Scope and Contents Letter sstates that the Gospel Trumpet gathered religious literature in De Sota from 1986-1898. D. O. Teasley then came to De Sota to hold a revival service in 1903. The letter mentions the 1905 Anderson Camp Meeting as well as J.R. Stevens and Harvey Reynolds, whom those attending the camp meeting met on the way back to De Sota. Stevens and Reynolds were invited to come back to Vineland and conduct a two week revival in 1905. The letter continues and documents that Sunday school began in...
