Biography
Born 2/17/1886 in St Henrietta, NY. Began preaching in 1912 in Palmyra, NY, est'd the Church of God congregation building there as well as the New York state camp meeting which was held at the Palmyra Fair Grounds. Later pastored in Washington D.C. for forty years, where he retired.
He first came into contact with the Church of God message from "two elderly saintly gentlemen in Canada," was acquainted with F.G. Smith, and regarded Revelation Explained as having "special meaning" for him.
