Abstract

A scrapbook crafted to document the history of the Church of God. Sections are on the early history of the Church of God, the growth of the Church of God, the history of the Gospel Trumpet Company, Camp Meetings for the Church of God, Church of God music, young people outreach, mission trips, Anderson College and other affliated universities with the Church of God, the Christian Brotherhood Hour, and a section on Church of God leaders.

Scope and Contents J. Grant Anderson was employed in the early work of the Gospel Trumpet Company both before and after its relocation to Anderson, IN, as well as engaging in pastoral and evangelistic work for the Church of God. He was most active in his birth state of Pennsylvania and with evangelism among the "Slovak" community there.
