The letter states that the first service was held in old Presleytown Church in October of 1922. Regular services began in 1928 in a rented hall and the first Sunday school being organized in August of 1928. Then, the church moved from a rented hall to a Baptist Church building on October 19 1930 where a new church was planted. The letter also includes a biography of James Artie Larimer.

Letter contains information on a six week meeting held in a small store room in April of 1943 and details timeline of the church building. Originally, a building was rented and later purchased with a loan from the Board of Church Extension for $3000. A dedication service occured on September 13 1946. The letter mentioned good cooperation from neighboring pastors. Also included is a advertisement of special services and a business card.
